In this immersive workshop, you will learn how to process wild gathered bark and vines into basketry materials. With these materials, you will create your own unique baskets. Different basketry forms will be utilized in this class, along with other information, such as harvesting times & processes, plant identification, and the utilization of tools. All tools will be provided however you may bring your own. All of the materials harvested in South Jersey will be provided by the instructor. No materials will be harvested on Peters Valley land or anywhere within the recreation area.
