Regional Groups

The studio experience can be a solitary one. SDA Regional Groups provide a way for members to contribute, participate, and engage with each other within the SDA community. Groups come in all shapes and sizes. Some meet regularly, while others connect through newsletters and blogs, exhibitions, gatherings, or critiques. Members are welcome to participate in more than one group.

Regional Groups:

• Connect members with local fiber arts communities
• Offer networking with other artists
• Provide opportunities to show in local exhibitions
• Offer a chance to make new fiber friends

Thinking about joining SDA? You’re invited to join a regional group meeting to learn more about SDA and meet other members. Check out the schedule of group meetings on the SDA Calendar or email the regional contacts listed below. Don’t see your area listed? Contact us to learn more about volunteering to start a regional group in your area.

Check out member work in Regional Exhibitions under Exhibits.
