Things are in constant motion, coming together and breaking apart. We find hope or despair depending on our vantage point and go to great lengths to construct stability or to resist what we do not know. If we can pause and surrender to this ever changing flow, we may be carried to new perspectives and understanding. I use dye, thread and fabric to investigate these patterns- employing repetition and allowing the work to develop slowly over an extended period of time. The result is my meditation.
