Image Statement: This work is built upon a metal wire bowl. It is covered with fibre from a discarded cotton sweater and wet felted wool pad. Like many places in the world today, the small island I live on is overwhelmed with discarded textiles. I am making an effort to create art pieces with this textile waste.
